At DialledRC, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returning an Item

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us of your decision to return the item within this period by contacting sales@dialledrc.co.uk.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be unused and in a resaleable condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Not have been assembled, installed, painted, glued, soldered or modified in any way.

You may inspect an item as you would in a retail shop. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or function, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as DialledRC cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Original delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Opened paints, aerosols, adhesives, oils and other consumable products.
• Body shells that have been cut, drilled, painted or otherwise modified.
• Electronics that have been soldered, installed or modified.
• Special order or bespoke items.
• Gift cards.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dialledrc.co.uk.

We'll arrange a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We'll provide full instructions on how to return your order.
