Shipping Policy

At DialledRC, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will normally be dispatched the same working day where stock is available. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery

We use trusted UK courier and postal services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Stock Availability

Our website displays the latest available stock wherever possible.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, including:

  • Waiting for new stock to arrive.
  • Choosing an alternative product.
  • Receiving a full refund for the unavailable item.

Pre-Orders

Where products are offered on a pre-order basis, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.

DialledRC cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@dialledrc.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

International Shipping

At present, DialledRC ships to UK addresses only.
