This option can be used to tune the rear chassis flex of your R1B. With two options, Medium-Soft and Medium, these plates slot just under the kit-standard aluminum brace in terms of flexibility.

However, they provide a different feel compared to the aluminum brace, as these braces have more spring due to their material and isotropic layup construction, which delivers exceptional and consistent flex characteristics.

Assembly Note:

  • CA glue can be applied to the inserts or the carbon insert holes if desired. Be sure not to get any glue on the threads.
  • Medium strength blue threadlocker is recommended for the brace mounting screws.
